Alejandro Brito Peńa, age 22, of New Castle, DE formerly of Phoenix, AZ died in the peace of the Lord on Sunday, January 24, 2021.
Alejandro Brito Peña attended William Penn High School and was a member of the Holy Angels Church.
Alejandro was a kind gentle soul loved by all his friends and family. He was full of life and always knew how to put a smile on your face. Alejandro was a great friend, a wonderful brother and the perfect son. He was the kind of person to always put others before himself. Whenever you needed a hand, he was there to help. Alejandro was all around an angel on earth. He always made sure he was his complete honest self, no matter what. Those who knew Alejandro, even just a little, lost a bright shinning light in their lives. Although only at 22, the time of his passing, Alejandro positively impacted many people in his lifetime. He was big on loyalty and honesty, Alejandro was truly a unique beautiful person with an amazing sense of humor. He was a loving brother and would give the shirt off his back even if it was all he had left.
Alejandro had a special bond with his mother, a true momma’s boy and all around a very family oriented person. His kind beautiful soul will live on forever. Sadly, Alejandro’s mission on earth has been completed but he is now resting peacefully. Alejandro would want everyone to remember him smiling from ear to ear and being infectiously happy. He will forever be in our hearts.
Survivors include his parents, Alejandro Brito Diaz and Antonia Peńa Flores and his sisters, Daniela Brito Peńa and Gabriela Brito Peńa.
Visitation will be held from 8:30 am to 10 am on Wednesday, February 3 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE 19804. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Wednesday, February 3 at HOLY ANGELS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 82 Possum Park Road, Newark, DE. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
