Eddie Baker Sr, age 64, of Claymont, formerly of Bluefield, VA, sunset on Thursday, October 15, 2020.

Eddie attended William Penn High School. He was the owner of Lawnman Handyman. Eddie was very mechanical and could fix almost anything. He was always seen with a cup of coffee in his hand. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing and motorcycles. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Rebel; his daughter, Amanda; his brother, James and Sisters, Lorraine and Bonnie.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Tracie Baker; his children, Christine Myers (Kenneth), Dana Baker (Michael Miller), Megan Baker (Bobby Pagliei); Eddie Baker Jr; Amber Baker; Tina Baker; Jesse Ellis (Carla), and Roxanne Payne; his grandchildren, Eli Miller, Michael Miller Jr, Destiny Robinson, Nevaeh Miller, Dylan Baker, Anthony Baker, Kenny Myers, Jasmine Cintron, Madison Collazo, Nate Baker, Brooklyn Cole, and Luke Ellis; his great grandchildren, Oliva and Alice; and his siblings, Norma Robbins, Carol Baker and Ronnie Baker.

Funeral Services will be 6 pm on Thursday, October 22 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 5 pm. Burial will be private. Masks must be worn and social distancing enforced including maximum of 60 people in the funeral home at one time.
