I worked with Rick for several years, all the way back to his time at Stong. He started as a vendor but became a friend. He was caring, attentive, knowledgeable & always there when I needed him. Nothing I say here can assuage the feelings of loss that you are feeling but he and the family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

To the entire Schlarbaum family my deepest sympathy. I worked with Rick at Keystone on projects I would drag him into. He was all business at work, sometimes he would talk about family but he liked keeping the personal stuff separate from work. He did mention the new Grand Baby girl. I met many people in this business along the way rarely did anyone have the expert knowledge that Rick had. May the times you shared comfort you during this difficult time. Prayers and peace to you all!
