Obituary

Millard F. “Mil” Moore, age 68, of Wilmington, formerly of Claymont passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 3, 2021.

Mil was a 1970 graduate of Claymont High School and attended Tusculum University. Mil worked at Phoenix Steel and City Steel. He was an avid Phillies fan.

Mil was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Janet Moore.

Survivors include his son, Matthew Moore; grandson, Logan; brother, Joseph Moore (Barbara); stepmother, Shirley Moore and other extended family.

Services and burial will be private.

He was a very good man god took him to soon I used to go with him we went to Wal-Mart and do. Some shopping with him also would go to capriotti sub shop they are going to miss him and bad as I am he will be in my heart always rip in peace god wanted him for a reason
